The Patricia Manning Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates as a funding source for organizations that carry out work consistent with its mission. The purpose of the VEGAS 650 is to raise money to provide financial support for organizations that are active in the fight against prostate cancer.
Patricia Manning led a vibrant life that was cut short by cancer in 2004. As a wife, mother of five boys, and sister to three brothers, she spent her life loving and caring for these men. The VEGAS 650 was created to honor Patricia Manning’s overall joy of living and commitment to caring for her men. With these ideals in mind, the VEGAS 650’s focus is to create a festive experience, while raising money to join the fight against prostate cancer. This event is for women like Patricia Manning and the men in their lives.
Finally, the Patricia Manning Foundation was officially created in 2007. Therefore, please understand that its history of giving is limited. Through the VEGAS 650, the Foundation hopes to establish a solid base and create opportunities to expand.
