THE EVENT

The VEGAS 650 is a motorcycle event from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to be held the weekend of October 3-5, 2008. The VEGAS 650 will coincide with the Las Vegas BikeFest, where you will join 40,000 other bikers in an event filled weekend. The VEGAS 650 is an awareness and fundraising event. Proceeds of the event will benefit the Patricia Manning Foundation, and will be granted to organizations that work to fight prostate cancer. THE COMMITMENT

The VEGAS 650 is both an awareness and fundraising event, therefore a fundraising commitment must be met and a registration fee must be paid in advance to hold your place in the event. The registration fee for the VEGAS 650 is $30. Upon registering, you may choose to register as a team of two or an individual. Teams agree to fundraise $850 between them and individuals agree the fundraise $500. For completing this fundraising commitment, each registrant of the team or the individual registrant receives:

• Two nights accommodations (double occupancy for the team, single occupancy for the individual) at the Circus Circus Hotel & Casino
• Two breakfast buffets at the Circus Circus Hotel & Casino
• Gear transportation to and from Los Angeles
• A VEGAS 650 event t-shirt
• A Saturday Fun Pass to the Las Vegas BikeFest 2008, the pass includes:
  • Vendor Village admission (all days)
  • Saturday Poker Run registration
  • Las Vegas BikeFest T-shirt
  • Ride Pin
  • Grand Prize Entries
  • Commemorative Gift
  • Welcome Party
  • Artistry in Iron entrance
  • Entrance to various events and competitions
• Additional incentives to be announced as the event nears

EVENT TIMELINE

Friday, October 3

• 10am - Event Check-in Opens in LA
• 11am - Riders depart for Las Vegas
• 3:30pm - Event Check-in at Las Vegas Hotel
• 10am - 8pm - Vendor VIllage Open at Las Vegas BikeFest

Saturday, October 4

• 8:30am - 3pm - $100,000 Poker Run (Las Vegas BikeFest)
• 10am - 8pm - Vendor VIllage Open at Las Vegas BikeFest
• 10am - 8pm - Artistry in Iron, Master Builders' Championship (Las Vegas BikeFest)
• 11am - 12pm - Worlds Strongest Biker (Las Vegas BikeFest
• 11am - 4pm - Custom Bike Show (Las Vegas BikeFest)
• 2pm - 3pm - Miss Las Vegas BikeFest (Las Vegas BikeFest)

Sunday, October 5

• 10am - 2pm - Vendor VIllage Open at Las Vegas BikeFest
• All Day - Riders return to LA
• 2pm - Finish Area Opens for bag pick-up
• 7pm - Finish Area Area Closed
